Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and arrive in 3–5 working days. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
Returns
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email support@palermoperfumes.pk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
